This quilt is one of my first full size designs that I created
in the early years of my journey into creating my own original patterns. On
many afternoons, I sat among the orchids blooming in my garden, listening
to the river that flowed by my house. There was always beautiful butterflies
fluttering among the orchids, which inspired me to draw out this design.
